AVT installed a conference solution complete with cinema functionality, control and monitoring. The room is used for conferencing and as a studio, similar to TED talks, with a laser projector (for presentations) and audio enhancements. The presenter can make use of clicker, microphone and/or headset, which gives the presenter the freedom to walk around and interact with the audience.

A confidence monitor is also installed for convenience, allowing the presenter to view what is being displayed on the screen behind them. The technical booth, located at the back of the room, controls all of the audio and video sources.
