The comprehensive security and digital IP CCTV system can be viewed from a mobile device, allowing executives to constantly monitor their security remotely. The biometric access control, which stamps the date and time, allows employees to enter the premises quickly and easily while still ensuring that access to the building is restricted.

The corporate boardrooms and meetings rooms are all equipped with touch panels, allowing delegates to control certain functions, such as lighting and input options, from one central point. The equipment installed facilitates the wireless presentation and include video conferencing capabilities. The Cape Town and Johannesburg buildings are also fully automated with centralized control and occupancy sensors to reduce energy consumption, including air conditioners and lights.
